Let’s talk if…

…you are suffering from unhelpful thoughts and habits, leading you to stop growing as a person.

To see how I can help…

Face to Face

This is what most people have in mind when they think of counselling. I offer face-to-face sessions from my comfortable therapy rooms in Faringdon (SN7) and Swindon (SN25). As with most types of therapy, we would generally meet on a weekly basis.

Couples counselling can help you learn how to communicate with each other more effectively, without feeling under attack or needing to become defensive; this in turn will lead to the relationship becoming a more trusting and stable one.

Online counselling is offered via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp video calling. These methods are easy to use and make therapy more convenient to access. They also work well for those clients who find it difficult to create a larger window of their day in order to attend a face-to-face session, or for those having to self-isolate.

How to…

find your happiness

Humans are social creatures and find comfort in talking to other human beings, but sometimes it can feel as though no-one is listening.

It can be hard to share your thoughts and feelings with family and friends.

There are as many reasons to consider therapy as there are people. Sometimes the decision to come to counselling is prompted by bereavement, loss, relationship breakdown and stress. Maybe you want to come to counselling to break free from your old ways, or you might want to work on understanding your emotions and behaviours better.

You don’t need to deal with your problems on your own.

I can help you become more self-aware, accept yourself and appreciate how great you really are.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change”

- Carl Rogers

Covid is a real concern. Both my counselling rooms are large enough for us to sit at a safe 2m distance. I will ask you to clean your hands on the way in. I would also ask you to use your own bathroom before you come.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to go into self-isolation, even if you have not been the week before as this allows both myself and other clients to make informed decisions.
